Intersema MS5540C routines for dsPIC MCU's

-can be used on other Intersema products with little modification

-can be ported to other MCU's pretty easily (bit banged implementation)

• read config words
• calculate calibration words 
• calculate pressure and temp in full floating point 
• calculate 2nd order correction for pressure and temp
• use a 10 value rolling average filter to filter the data

This will get you up and running quickly on the Intersema modules using a dsPIC or other processor*

This implementation uses bit banging to talk to the Intersema module.

*for MCU's other than dsPIC, some amount of porting may be necessary.
